Questions New Patients Often Ask
How long is the first visit?
Initial appointments last up to 60 minutes and include a thorough evaluation, treatment, and a clear care plan. When appropriate, treatment is provided the same day. If imaging such as X-rays or MRI is needed, we coordinate referrals and guide you through next steps.Whats a follow-up appointment look like?
I typically recommend at least 1–2 follow-up visits after your initial appointment to track progress, assess what worked, and adjust your plan as needed. Follow-up sessions can be as short as 30 minutes or up to an hour, depending on the time and care required. How many visits will I need?
Care plans are individualized based on your condition, goals, and response to treatment. I do not believe in long, open-ended treatment plans. The focus is structured care with clear timelines, corrective exercises, and lifestyle strategies so you can maintain progress independently. Referrals are made when appropriate to ensure comprehensive care.Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Transparent pricing is provided upfront. A detailed superbill is generated and stored in your Jane account after each visit, making it easy to submit for potential reimbursement. HSA and FSA payments are accepted. Can chiropractic help with sciatica or disc issues?
Yes. Sciatica and disc-related symptoms often stem from mechanical dysfunction and nerve irritation. Care focuses on improving joint mobility, reducing pressure on irritated nerves, restoring muscle balance, and progressing you safely back to activity. Treatment may include specific adjustments, targeted soft tissue therapy, and structured rehabilitation to improve stability and reduce recurrence.
